Each residence prioritises natural light and airflow, with functionality at the heart of each floor plan. The design has been inspired by the designs of the late legendary&nbsp;Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa.

The exterior takes on a monolithic presence to reflect the idea of immutability, with finer details of honed stone carrying Scarpa&rsquo;s legacy with mixing the old and the new.
