Local Gold Coast developer Aniko Group has been almost singlehandedly responsible for the transformation of Hope Island in recent years.

Aniko, led by George Mastrocostas, sold out No.1 Grant Avenue, Athena Residences, and 35 Grant Avenue in the last year or so, both of which are now under construction and part of their huge $500 million portfolio.

Their fourth Hope Island project is Athena Quays, a collection of 177 apartments across two stages, adjacent to Athena Residences.

There's only two and three-bedroom apartments left, including a limited collection of sky homes which are being pitched at the local downsizer.

Mastrocostas said they decided to fast-track Athena Quays off the back of the successful Athena Residences which achieved a sell out within three months.

“Our fourth project in Hope Island illustrates our firm belief and commitment to this fantastic precinct," Mastrocostas said.

"The rapid sell-out of our first three projects on Hope Island – No.1 Grant Avenue, Athena Residences and 35 Grant Avenue – has inspired us to write a new chapter.

"We are excited to deliver another community of new homes that will forma vital part of the wider regeneration of this area."

Taking up a unique 9,300 sqm waterfront site on Sickle Avenue, with views toward the Broadwater and surrounding waterways, the $145 million Athena Quays is home to an array of resort-inspired amenity.

From the secluded courtyard garden to a suite of private office facilities,  Athena Quays’ in-house amenities are second to none.

When it comes to contemporary urban living, Aniko recognised the importance of nourishing the mind, body, and soul, resulting in a state-of-the-art private gym, along with two swimming pools, a spa, and a sauna.

A fully-equipped entertainment suite featuring a 14-seat private screening room, and a residents’ lounge provides the perfect place for resident's to relax and unwind in.

Residents will also be at home with a dedicated on-site management, while the fury members of the family are also taken care of, with dedicated pet wash bays on site.

It's not just the amenity on offer within Athena Quays that's been driving buyers.

Residents will be surrounded by world-class golf courses – including the Links Hope Island – and fashionable shopping enclaves such as Hope Island Marketplace, Westfield Coomera and The Marina Village at Sanctuary Cove. Gourmet cafes, restaurants and luscious green parks are also just a short stroll away.
