Sydney builder developer Deicorp is one of the most trusted developers in the off the plan property industry nationally.

Since its inception in 1999, they've delivered over 10,000 homes across 40 suburbs, from Redfern to Rouse HillArncliffe to Ashfield.

They've won a string of awards over the last 24 years, none more impressive than the The UDIA President’s Award, which they won in 2022 for The Pemulwuy, delivered on behalf of Redfern’s Aboriginal Housing Company.

Over the years they've been one of the leading contributors to either transform established suburbs around Sydney, or in the creation of new ones.

There's always something in the pipeline for Deicorp. We've wrapped up their four best off the plan apartment projects currently on the market across Sydney.

Project: Hills Showground Village

Suburb: Castle Hill

Situated opposite the Showground Metro Station, Deicorp's Hills Showground Village development offers residents a vibrant lifestyle. A dining and retail precinct is conveniently located at their doorstep, providing an array of shopping and entertainment options.

The recent release of a new collection of apartments in the development has been met with high demand. Designed by Turner Studio, the apartments feature high-quality appliances, including a SMEG oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The open-plan living and dining areas extend to generously-sized balconies, offering scenic views of the surrounding green spaces.

Residents of Hills Showground Village will enjoy never-to-be-built-out views adjacent to the new Showground precinct. The landscaped native gardens and green spaces further enhance the picturesque surroundings.

The development offers a range of communal facilities and amenities, including barbecue areas, dining options, and entertainment facilities. With a full-line supermarket and 30 specialty retail outlets within the Hills Showground Village, everyday essentials are conveniently within reach.

Project: Downtown

Suburb: Zetland

Designed to reflect Zetland's urban energy, Downtown features four distinctly unique buildings designed by MHNDU and BVN Architects.

Offering a range of floor plans, including open-plan two-level apartments with off-street access, Downtown combines sleek and functional kitchens with spacious living areas. Private balconies serve as additional entertaining spaces, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living.

Downtown's buildings are connected via laneways, creating a vibrant village where residents can enjoy the utmost convenience, while the rooftop gardens provide tranquil spaces surrounded by lush landscaping.

Work on the inner-City project is set to wrap this year.

Project: Tallawong Village

Suburb: Tallawong

As Deicorp's largest north-west development, Tallawong Village offers highly affordable and contemporary residences just steps away from the Sydney Metro Tallawong Station.

With 333 residences set to be delivered across the site, the project caters to owner-occupiers and investors alike, with varying floor plans of one, two and three-bedrooms designed by Turner Studio,

Deicorp experienced an influx of buyers since launching the $670 million project to market in Sydney's northwest, with all of stage one completely selling out earlier this year. Due to the successful buyer interest, the group brought new stages in the development forward.

The village will also benefit from the planned future Tallawong Town Centre, which will deliver up to 30,000 sqm of retail floorspace, while the bustling Rouse Hill Town Centre is just one stop away on the Metro.

Project: The Rothschild

Suburb: Rosebery

In Rosebery, The Rothschild stands as a lifestyle-led precinct. Architecturally re-designed to house 176 apartments across two buildings on Rothschild and Mentmore Avenues, The Rothschild emanates European influences.

The Candelapas-designed residences offer purposeful design features such as two levels of basement parking, multiple outdoor areas, a communal music room, and ground-level retail.

The courtyard, inspired by the French Hotel Beauvais, creates a communal oasis with its skilfully landscaped space and central olive grove. Residents can relax, interact, and play in the burgeoning area.

With convenient access to amenities like rooftop and courtyard spaces, a ground-level restaurant and café, East Village Shopping, Woolworths Metro Rosebery, and Wholefoods House, The Rothschild offers a truly enriched living experience.

Project: The Ashford

Suburb: Castle Hill

The Ashford in Castle Hill is the flagship residential development within the Showground Metro precinct. Presenting 272 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, The Ashford epitomises aspirational living without the expected price tag.

Its prime location, just a short walk from Showground Metro station, provides unparalleled connectivity and convenience. Castle Hill, with its abundance of amenities, has become one of Sydney's most sought-after regions.

The Showground precinct, anchored by a civic plaza and boasting vast green spaces, offers a healthier and more active lifestyle for residents. Future plans for the precinct include retail stores, a supermarket, a sports facility, events spaces, a community center, and a community garden.
