Chinese developer Poly Global has welcomed buyers to its latest residential apartment development, Spring Square by Poly in Sydney's Bankstown.

The state-owned developer had Australian builder Westbourne Constructions handle the build of the entire Kitchener Parade masterplan, a stone's throw from the Bankstown Station.

With the final release of the last remaining residences, Poly Global is extending a five per cent discount on the retail pricing for all apartments at Spring Square, making it even easier for first home buyers to enter the market and for investors looking to make their yields stack up.

Spring Square by Poly, on a 4.6-hectare site which used to be the old Bankstown RSL, has been designed by Scott Carver and comprises 516 apartments across five towers, with the lower and ground floor laden with significant retail and commercial space for convenience.

The apartments come in various single and double-level layouts and crossover arrangements. The mix of living options is designed to provide a flexible and dynamic living environment for diverse residents.

The master plan includes retail shops, a health services facility and a childcare centre. Spring Square will be home to a garden, several small cafes, bars, and outdoor al fresco dining options that will spill onto the podium and ground level.

Residents also benefit from various communal spaces, with interconnecting walkways and green parks.

With sustainability no longer optional for residential design, Poly Australia also integrated sustainability measures into the development, including greywater recycling, a central hot water system, solar panels, and energy-efficient air-conditioning. The project has received a BASIX rating for water efficiency.

Situated at the northern end of Bankstown's commercial precinct, Spring Square by Poly is strategically positioned to benefit from the renewed Canterbury-Bankstown to Sydenham corridor and the new Sydney Metro train line, just 300 metres away.
